Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for an Equipment Leasing/Financing Administrator to join our team at our global headquarters in Mason, Ohio.
We are launching a new equipment financing program that will allow Apex customers to acquire our solutions through an innovative, equipment financing program. In this role you will be responsible for administering and managing that program. What you will be doing:
- Manage the applications, documentation, processing and administration of the Apex finance program.
- Work with sales team and sales leadership to structure the subscription financial terms, “product” – the offering, and the administrative documentation associated with the deal structure.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external customers (including sales, finance and third-party finance lenders) to efficiently drive the documentation, contract review and approval process to conclusion.
- Building and maintaining document control and repositories.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of transactions. Responding to and resolving leasing questions and /or issues.
- Work with Leadership Team to evaluate, prioritize, and resolve customer requests with the assistance of subject matter experts within Apex.
- Administer day-to-day business flow with respect to the finance program ensuring timely and accurate processing of program details including interaction with funding sources.
- Analyze and validate all aspects of incoming non-disclosure, software-as-a-service and finance program customer, partner, contractor and other company agreements, applying general contract and intellectual property principles knowledge to independently address a variety of contract issues.
What You will Bring:- At least 3 years of equipment leasing/finance experience in a contract manager or administrator role.
- Background in lending, finance administration or other products. Key markets could be banking, commercial/consumer lending or other forms of customer facing finance/sales operations support.
- Proven Relationship Banking experience
- Proficiency of software, services and maintenance pricing
- An in-depth understanding of contract terms and conditions
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying current best practices and standards in credit lending and underwriting.
- Ability to prepare & present clear technical analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate in verbal & written formats, including articulation of clients’ business challenges
- Willingness to travel periodically as required by customers
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Proven success working collaboratively and cooperatively with multiple priorities and multiple cross functional teams
- Ability to work with all levels of people, inside and outside the company- including those more senior than yourself.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
