The ideal candidate will ensure all assigned equipment is operational, compliant with safety regulations, and readily available to staff when needed and work closely with various departments to coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment purchases.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years in equipment management or professional business office environment.
• Experience in equipment management, or maintenance, ideally in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong understanding of medical and non-medical equipment used in nursing homes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
