Job summary

GRANDVUE MEDICAL CARE FACILITY is seeking an RN/BSN to join as a Care Coordinator. The candidate should bring strong clinical and assessment skills, with experience in coordinating resident care, and demonstrate leadership and team-building abilities.

Dementia and MDS experience are preferred but not required, and we will train the right candidate. Grandvue offers full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, retirement, and generous time off.

Successful candidates will possess strong clinical and assessment skills, experience in coordination of Resident care, strong leadership, communication and team building skills, be a positive, dynamic, evidenced based nurse with a passion for improving the lives of the Residents. Long term care experience, dementia experience, MDS experience and certification is preferred, but not required.WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!
