Transport Refrigeration of NW Arkansas, Inc. is seeking a skilled Equipment Installer to join our Lowell, AR installation team.

In this part-time role, you’ll install and assemble transport refrigeration systems, APU units, diesel heaters, and custom components for trucks and trailers that keep temperature-controlled fleets running. You’ll bring a high school diploma or vocational training, basic mechanical and electrical installation skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training (or equivalent experience).
• Basic mechanical and electrical installation skills.
• Professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied shop and outdoor environments.
• Toolbox with basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install APU units, cab air heaters, coolant heaters, and refrigeration units (new and used).
• Install cab air conditioning systems and assemble custom parts for customers or OEMs.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Meet standard installation times while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Travel occasionally for training or customer needs.
• Support teammates and uphold company safety standards.

In this part-time role, you’ll install and assemble transport refrigeration systems, APU units, diesel heaters, and custom components for trucks and trailers that keep temperature-controlled fleets running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Install APU units, cab air heaters, coolant heaters, and refrigeration units (new and used)
