Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in California (Manteca) is seeking Equipment Installers to set up and service dishwashing equipment at client sites. You will diagnose, install per site requirements, test and train managers and staff, with hands-on training provided.

The role offers a pay range of $23 per hour or $46,000–$56,000 yearly, with overtime, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up and get Auto-Chlor equipment up and running at customer locations, ensuring everything is installed according to site requirements and approved layouts.
• Diagnose equipment issues in the field and perform repairs to keep dishwashing systems operating efficiently.
• Verify installations are completed safely, function properly, and align with local regulations and company standards.
• Respond to urgent service calls when customers require immediate assistance.
• Test, clean, and inspect equipment before turning it over to the customer to ensure it is ready for daily use.
• Regularly use a variety of hand and power tools to complete installations, repairs, and equipment modifications.
• Work with pumps, plumbing, wiring, controls, and other mechanical and electrical components during installation, refurbishing, and service work.
• Demonstrate proper equipment operation and provide basic training to managers and staff to ensure safe and effective use.
• Assist with shop production, equipment rebuilds, installations, maintenance, and other operational projects as needed to support branch activities.

Pay Range

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to meet the following physical demands, with or without accommodation:

• Hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment.
• Safely operate a company vehicle.
• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Climb stairs at branch locations and customer sites as needed.
