Formación

• 2+ years accounts receivable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) required.
• Familiarity with Equipment Finance loan and lease structures preferred.
• Knowledge of loan transactions and how to calculate interest accruals based on loan type preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
• InfoLease experience or comparable servicing system preferred.
• Strong Customer Service, Invoicing/Billing, and Collections experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Prior experience using AI in business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to Federal Lending Regulations as it relates to Equipment Finance.
• Read, analyze and interpret Equipment Finance loan and lease documents and relate to the servicing system to resolve client inquiries.
• Provide cross functional support for portfolio monitoring and lien perfection on equipment.
• Support Portfolio Analyst II with data gathering for loan/lease servicing and client support.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Commercial Bank teams to improve customer experience.
• Promptly analyze client communications and provide accurate resolutions.
• Encourage clients to sign up for Equipment Finance online payment services.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure accurate client billing.
• Direct client contact to resolve cash application issues and invoice questions.
• Provide monthly invoices and collect past due payments.
• Reconcile cash applications with clients and third-party servicers.
• Review delinquent accounts and escalate as needed.
• Provide manual billing via Excel or Access as needed.
