BRANDED R&L LLC is seeking an Equipment Field Mechanic to operate in Vero Beach, FL. You will perform on-site diagnostics, repair and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment in the field, ensuring peak performance and uptime.

This role requires problem-solving in a fast-paced, independent environment and a commitment to safety and service quality. As a field technician, you will work with a company truck, manage tools and parts, and coordinate with crews to prioritize service calls across

Qualifications

• Proven field mechanic experience with heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heavy or commercial equipment in the field

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation
• Coordinate with crews and management to prioritize and schedule field service calls
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and comply with company and industry guidelines
• Manage and maintain a company service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a field mechanic, diesel mechanic, or heavy equipment technician
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment repair software
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
