Job summary

Panache Events in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our warehouse and inventory in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support facility systems to ensure smooth event rental operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, with strong English communication and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental equipment and items to meet company quality standards.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility systems.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment meets standards.
• Assist with machine deployments, upgrades, and relocations.
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues on equipment, tools, and facility systems.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces free of hazards.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, including regular inspections and overhauls.
• Review technical documentation and collaborate with equipment vendors for recommendations and selection.
• Submit requisitions and manage purchases of tools, equipment, and supplies within budget.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to support project completion.
• Assist in training others on proper product and equipment usage.
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a cooperative, supportive environment.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
