Job Description
  1. Follow complex PM procedures on various equipment (iline, DUV, Trk, scrubber - Photo Equipment) per specific PM check sheets and produce results in a timely manner.
  2. Perform complex machinery root cause analysis with an organized methodology from root cause to solution for various problems.
  3. Develop resources to solve problems and provide innovative solutions to difficult issues, producing significant results.
  4. Participate in developing and improving existing semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems. Evaluate recurring equipment failures and suggest corrective measures to minimize downtime.
  5. Assist in overlay, SEM, in-line, and thin film/other metrology recoveries as needed.
  6. Participate in Photo Equipment/Process and Metrology problem-solving teams.
  7. Collect equipment performance data and work with Engineering to develop solutions based on Pareto data and tool deficiencies.
  8. Provide technical training to lower-level technicians.
  9. Interface with vendor support to resolve equipment failures.
  10. Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repair malfunctioning equipment to component level as needed.
  11. Exercise proper judgment in resolving problems, making recommendations, and carrying out assignments.
  12. Participate and lead/direct ERT/Safety events in the absence of supervision.
  13. Ensure consumable parts are on order or in stock to minimize equipment MTTR.
  14. Perform daily routines with minimal management supervision.
This Job Is For You If

You have demonstrated working knowledge of advanced electro-mechanical systems operations and maintenance, and can work with minimal assistance.
Possess adequate knowledge of basic electronics, vacuum and pneumatics theory, electrical circuits, motor control systems, and test procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot to component level.

Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical maintenance experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically with Photo lithography tools and metrology.
  • Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Electronics or equivalent.
