Job summary

onsemi EFK in East Fishkill, NY is seeking Equipment/Maintenance Technicians to sustain and run the fab floor, focusing on resolving equipment and process issues. These are shift positions with a compressed 12-hour work week in a 24/7 manufacturing facility supporting all shifts.

Night Shift 1 covers Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Saturday, 6:30 PM-7:00 AM. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered, paid in 4 quarterly installments.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and fab operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot 300mmfab equipment and related systems.
• Support and resolve equipment and process issues on the production floor.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and standard operating procedures on all shifts.

Job description

Onsemi EFK is seeking highly skilled and motivated technicians to become part of our state of the art 300mm factory in East Fishkill, New York. Equipment/Maintenance Technicians sustain and run the fab floor with primary responsibility of resolving equipment and process issues. Technician positions are shift positions working a compressed week of 12-hour shifts. Onsemi is a 24/7 manufacturing facility providing technician support across all shifts

Night Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday, 6:30 PM-7:00 AM

Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Sign-On Bonus:Subject to your commencing employment with us, you will also be eligible to receive a sign-on award in the gross amount of $5,000, which will be paid in 4 quarterly payments of $1,250 each (subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions). The first payment is payable within the first 30 days of you joining onsemi and quarterly thereafter for 3 additional payments. You must be an active employee with onsemi to receive these sign-on awards. In addition, if your employment is terminated with onsemi for any reason, the sign-on award(s) received as of the date of your termination do not need to be repaid to onsemi
