Qualifications
  • Education
    • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Military Experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field).
  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in an electro‑mechanical manufacturing equipment engineering technician role.
    • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, troubleshooting, calibration, and Mil standard knowledge.
    • Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and calibration.

Work Environment
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Work Schedule
    • This position is for second shift and will require 6-12 months on day shift training 6 a.m. to 2:30 PM. Second shift hours will be 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
    • Ability to work a standard 40‑hour work week with occasional overtime.

Salary Range: Leominster, MA Minimum of $80,500 salary per year / Maximum of $110,700 salary per year.

Incentive Plan: All employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
