Job summary

Like to lead FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and establish preventive/predictive maintenance from ground up, collaborating with Process, Facilities, Manufacturing and Leadership to hit milestones safely and cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on semiconductor or advanced capital equipment engineering experience.
• 2+ years of technical team leadership/management experience (player-coach mindset).
• Experience reading schematics and debugging electro-mechanical systems, vacuum/gas systems, or automated processing tools on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Technical Leadership: serve as the escalation point for complex diagnostics on the floor.
• Team Building & Coaching: lead and mentor Equipment Engineers and Technicians.
• Tool Qualifications & Installs: lead FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and tool releases.
• Maintenance & Reliability Infrastructure: build PM, PdM, and spare parts systems to optimize OEE, MTBF, MTTR.
• Root Cause Analysis: drive 8D, 5-Why, FMEA for recurring failures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Process Eng, Facilities, Manufacturing, and Leadership.
