Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a engineer with electronics background to lead and coordinate tester equipment activities in our US operations. The role covers installation, qualification, release to production, and ramp-up of new tester equipment.

You will contribute to yield and quality improvements, monitor KPIs like OEE, MTBI and MTBA, and manage maintenance and spare parts. A relevant electronics degree and 3-4 years of related experience are required.

• Engineer/Master degree in Electronics.
• 3-4 years experience in similar job.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities for assigned tester equipment.
• Execute and follow up on all milestones for new tester equipment introduction, including installation, buyoff, qualification, release to production, and ramp-up.
• Contribute to yield and quality improvement activities with operations in the relevant areas for equipment-related items.
• Closely follow up and regularly report on performance improvement, including OEE, MTBI, MTBA, preventive maintenance procedures, and spare parts management.
