A leading construction and engineering firm based in Seattle is looking for an Entry Level Equipment Engineer. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and reliability of a construction equipment fleet. Candidates should have a relevant degree and strong skills in organization and communication. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $77,000 to $90,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Overview
As an Entry Level Equipment Engineer, you will support Regional Construction & Marine operations. This position is responsible for the planning, scheduling, budgeting, utilization and reliability of a construction and marine equipment fleet. The position will deal with day to day as well as long term issues related to an equipment fleet. The position’s main focus will be to improve equipment reliability as well as implement, monitor, audit, and manage preventative maintenance programs.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Compensation: $77,000 - $90,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
