Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an Equipment Engineer to join a vibrant, team-oriented environment in Maine. You will evaluate, select, and order manufacturing equipment, oversee installation and maintenance, and support uptime improvements across the production line.

Responsibilities include analyzing equipment performance and reliability, implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and providing technical support to repair and process engineering teams to keep the manufacturing process

Qualifications

  • Experience with evaluating and selecting manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to oversee installation, upgrade and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of equipment reliability and uptime improvement.
  • Experience providing technical support to repair and process teams.
  • Ability to write preventative maintenance schedules.

  • Defining and writing preventative maintenance schedules.

  • Establishing programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process
  • Providing technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
  • Defining and writing preventative maintenance schedules
