  • Experience in manufacturing, production or cleanroom environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, related technical field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor equipment and assist with troubleshooting to support performance and reliability.
  • Perform routine support for corrective and preventive maintenance and improvements.
  • Maintain equipment documentation including procedures and calibration schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors for service activities and technical support.
  • Assist with equipment qualifications, re-qualifications, and validation activities.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and data collection.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support installation, relocation, and decommissioning of equipment.
  • Contribute to cross-functional improvement projects while learning company systems.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and EHS procedures.
  • Travel 5–10% for training or installations.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Monitor assigned manufacturing equipment and assist with troubleshooting activities to support equipment performance and reliability.
  • Perform routine support for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvement activities to help maximize equipment uptime and performance.
  • Maintain equipment documentation with guidance, including procedures, troubleshooting guides, and calibration schedules.
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors under guidance for service activities, technical support, and equipment-related projects.
  • Assist with equipment qualifications, re‑qualifications, and validation activities to support quality and process requirements.
  • Participate in root cause investigations by gathering data and assisting with problem‑solving activities.
  • Monitor equipment performance metrics and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support equipment installation, relocation, and decommissioning activities.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional improvement projects focused on equipment performance, process efficiency, and manufacturing objectives while developing knowledge of company systems and processes.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and comply with all EHS procedures to support a safe work environment.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel occasional (5‑10%) for training, vendor support, FAT/SAT, or equipment installations.
