• Ability to analyze equipment data for performance improvements.

Provide training to operators to ensure safe, standardized, and efficient equipment usage.* **Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:** Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automated equipment. Respond promptly to equipment abnormalities and issues to ensure stable and reliable operations.* **Equipment Performance & Continuous Improvement:** Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify factors affecting efficiency and reliability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment utilization, improve operational efficiency, and reduce downtime.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, IT, Engineering, and other relevant teams to resolve equipment and operational issues and ensure automation systems continuously and reliably support warehouse operations.## **About You:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.* **Relevant Experience:** 1+ year of experience with warehouse automation equipment, industrial equipment, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
