Job summary

Milner Inc. is seeking a diligent Driver for our Warehouse team in Raleigh, NC. The Warehouse Driver will safely deliver, pickup, and relocate equipment to customer locations while providing excellent customer service.

This role requires adherence to DOT regulations and strong communication with customers and dispatch. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of driving experience, a valid license, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Experience operating 15–20-foot trucks with lift gates is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for customer interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, including urgent situations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver, pickup, and relocate equipment and accessories.
• Operate delivery vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policy.
• Verify equipment, accessories, and paperwork match customer orders prior to delivery.
• Load, unload and secure equipment to prevent damage during transport.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and report discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
