Job summary

Milner, Inc. in Peachtree Corners, GA is recruiting a Warehouse Driver to safely transport, deliver, and install equipment at customer sites. This role reports to the Warehouse Director and is based in our on-site facility.

Key duties include verifying orders, loading and unloading equipment, completing delivery paperwork, and complying with DOT rules while delivering courteous service to customers. A clean driving record and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1–2 years of driver/delivery experience.
• Experience driving 15–20-foot trucks with lift gate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

Job Purpose

The Driver is responsible for ensuring safe transporting, delivering, and installing equipment at customer sites. This role ensures all deliveries are completed professionally while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

• Safely deliver, pickup, and relocate equipment and accessories.
• Verify all equipment, accessories, and documentation match customer orders prior to delivery.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment to prevent damage during transport.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy.

Working Conditions

• Requires standing, walking, reaching, stooping.
• May require occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Exposure to heat, cold, and fumes in open warehouse.
