Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will help customers, using U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment on the lot. The role includes ongoing training through U-Haul University and opportunities for advancement.

The position emphasizes customer interaction, safety, and accurate handling of rentals and invoices, with on-the-job education and a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
