Kokosing is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to support multiple construction projects by tracking equipment locations and coordinating moves across sites in Ohio. You will help improve utilization and reduce external rental costs while working with field teams and maintenance staff.

To provide support to construction projects within the Kokosing Group resources for equipment, processes and services. Tracking locations of equipment and coordinating the movement of equipment from project to project with an effort to improve utilization and reduce outside rentals. Also performing other duties as required in the Equipment Department.
Reports to the Works Department Manager and interacts closely with Field Supervision, Department Personnel, Maintenance Supervision & Personnel and Company Management.
Minimum high school diploma with at least five years experience in construction industry, and must be very knowledgeable with the different pieces of heavy equipment and their capabilities.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
The Team Member in this job must be knowledgeable about the Company’s safety policies and procedures as described in the company safety manual and associate handbook.
The Team Member must be knowledgeable in the safe operations of the equipment they manage, and be willing to communicate that knowledge to others. Supervise and mentor others as assigned.
