Accenture is seeking an Equipment and Construction Management Consultant to support our Equipment and Construction Center of Excellence. You will lead client-focused sourcing, cost optimization, and project execution for CapEx and construction initiatives, working closely with clients and suppliers to drive value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs, developing and executing cost optimization strategies.
• Minimum 1 year Procurement and sourcing experience, including exposure to equipment & construction negotiations.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) products, including the ability to develop and interpret complex analytical models and ad-hoc reports.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Responsibilities

• Create and execute sourcing strategies for equipment, capital expenditures, and construction services.
• Provide thought leadership and benchmarking across equipment spend and general contractor engagements.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and client deliverables.
• Develop project plans and manage construction sourcing initiatives and CapEx procurement projects.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
• Coordinate with SMEs to address cost, quality, schedule, and risk considerations.
