Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an Equipment Associate to support branch operations by assisting service technicians, sales staff, and customers. The role focuses on equipment checks, clean-up, and readiness for rental and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment for damage, hours used, mileage and fuel level upon return to the branch.
• Inspect rental equipment for safety decals and compliance and ensure good working order.
• Clean equipment and maintain a tidy work area.
• Load and unload rental equipment and prepare for rental.
• Checkout and demonstrate equipment for customers and drive delivery truck as needed.
• Assist other branch personnel to meet customer needs.
