Job summary

Land-Scape Supply Co. is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Equipment and Yard Crew Member to join our team.

This role involves operating loaders and other landscape yard equipment, performing daily inspections, and helping with yard cleanup and customer service. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule with potential to advance into a full-time role for the right person, meaningful outdoor work, and opportunities to develop new mechanical and maintenance skills while

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working outdoors.
• Experience operating equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Current Commercial Medical Card required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and other landscape yard equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and daily inspections.
• Perform yard cleanup, organization, and general property upkeep.
• Load and unload landscape materials for customers and deliveries.
• Wash trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Sweep shop and yard areas and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Assist with simple mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance, including: greasing equipment, changing oil and filters, minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Support team members wherever needed to ensure excellent customer service.
