Control Maintenance Planner to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of work packages. Successfully minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
Plan, organize, and direct asset and maintenance operations to ensure optimal asset readiness. Asset readiness is maintained at an effective level.
Analyze, evaluate, and recommend short- and long-term asset management financial forecasts. Financial forecasts are successfully developed for both periods.
Develop initiatives and processes to optimize maintenance costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital to meet business objectives and production schedules, while exceeding customer standards.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including SHE Management System, to ensure program effectiveness, compliance with standards, and achievement of safety goals such as Target Zero LTI. Ensure SHE Management System meets ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and SMKP standards.
