Join Our Team as an Equine Veterinary Receptionist at PetVet Care Centers

Columbia Equine Hospital, a busy equine-specific veterinary practice, is seeking a motivated and energetic Equine Veterinary Receptionist. We offer ambulatory and outpatient appointments, hospitalization, and referral surgery, emphasizing a positive culture and work/life balance. We provide compassionate care to our equine patients and value our team and clients.

What We Are Looking For:
  • An effective communicator who can multitask
  • Prior horse experience and customer service skills are required
  • Veterinary experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Attention to detail and a good sense of humor are highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional client service in person and over the phone
  • Scheduling appointments for a 4-doctor practice
  • Communicating with clients via email
  • Greeting clients and managing invoices and medical records
  • Handling payments, prescriptions, and maintaining facility cleanliness
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of horse experience
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Administrative and veterinary experience are a plus but not required
Schedule and Compensation:

Full-time, 30-40 hours/week, with possible Saturday shifts. Starting wage: $18.50–$20.50/hr, based on experience.
