Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant, or horse experience as substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and owners, take weight and vital signs on arrival.
• Triagle patients, perform exams, treatments, and administer medications as directed by LVTs.
• Assist doctors with medications and patient restraint.
• Perform lab tests and take radiographs.
• Maintain hospital equipment and records, including controlled drugs.
