Job summary

Southeastern Life Center in Pembroke, NC seeks an Equine Program Manager to lead and expand our equine-assisted services. You’ll care for and manage our horses, collaborate with behavioral health professionals, and help build a ground-up program that aligns with PATH Intl. accreditation goals.

We value experience and good judgment over formal credentials; PATH experience or ESMHL certification is a plus, and we’re prepared to invest in your development. Starting salary $50k.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for and managing horses and equine facilities.
• No college degree required; path to advancement is by proven ability.
• PATH Intl accreditation or ESMHL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Care for and manage horses as part of a growing program.
• Help shape an equine-assisted services program with health professionals.
• Work toward PATH Intl accreditation for the center.
