What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Accurately process customer transactions in the order entry system, including orders, quotes, and returns
  2. Maintain accurate customer and territory records and document all customer interactions
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
  4. Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery
  5. Communicate important customer information to sales representatives and management

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Degree or equivalent
  2. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  5. General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with equine or related fields
  2. Associate’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  3. Proficiency in SAP or related ERP systems
