Job summary

Keiser University Equestrian Center in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Equestrian Maintenance Worker/Groundkeeper to keep barns, arenas, pastures, and surrounding areas safe, clean, and functional.

Responsibilities include mowing, fencing, arena maintenance, equipment operation, stall cleaning, hay deliveries, and event support. A high school diploma and prior groundskeeping or farm work experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or farm work.
• Familiarity with equestrian facilities is a plus.
• Ability to operate landscaping and farm equipment.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Grounds Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain landscaping around barns and arenas.
• Maintenance: Inspect and repair barns, stalls, tack rooms, and storage areas; maintain plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Equipment Operation: Operate tractors, mowers, weed trimmers and other equipment; perform basic maintenance.
• Support Barn Operations: Unload hay, feed, bedding deliveries; help with stall cleaning and manure management; assist with event setup and breakdown.
