We are seeking an experienced EEO Investigator to join our client's team in New York, NY 10041.

• Job Title: EEO Investigator
• Location: New York, NY 10041 (On-site)
• Start Date: August 24, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)
• Pay Rate: $70–$73/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations into workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws.
• Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses, and prepare detailed investigative reports.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to support fair and compliant workplace practices.
