Job summary

Pride Health is seeking an experienced EEO Investigator to conduct internal investigations involving workplace discrimination and harassment, under the Office of Legal Affairs. You will gather evidence, interview parties, and prepare clear recommendations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, evaluating findings, and traveling to healthcare facilities around New York City as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience conducting EEO-related investigations.
• Experience handling workplace discrimination and harassment investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills.

• Provide an internal avenue for addressing and resolving unlawful employment discrimination and harassment complaints.
• Prepare clear and well-supported investigative documentation and recommendations.
• Assist with EEO-related assignments and special projects as needed.
• Travel to various healthcare facilities throughout New York City as required.

Job description

Seeking an experienced EEO Investigator to conduct internal investigations involving workplace discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment complaints. The investigator will work under the supervision of the Office of Legal Affairs and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate internal complaints involving discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment.
• Conduct thorough, impartial, and timely workplace investigations.
• Gather and analyze relevant documentation, evidence, and information from involved parties.
• Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses as appropriate.
• Evaluate investigative findings and assist with resolution of complaints.

Required Qualifications

• Strong investigative and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly synthesize information, identify critical issues, and formulate recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a large organizational structure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare/hospital environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
