Job summary

Job description

You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER in the EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (EEO) PROGRAM of MCAS BEAUFORT SC. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and managing a variety of Employment Opportunity Programs (EEO), consistently evaluating EEO programs and recommending improvements, developing statistical reports, AND advising and hosting training sessions for the workforce with emphasis on EEO complaint procedures.
