Job summary
Centimark Corporation's QuestMark division is seeking an Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman to install polished concrete, epoxy and urethane flooring across commercial sites. The role requires self-motivation, integrity, and strong work ethic, with opportunities for advancement.
Expect a pay rate starting at $19/hour with bonus opportunities, health and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, paid vacation and holidays, a company truck and phone for foremen, and field
Qualifications
- Experience in concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring.
- Willing to travel and stay out of town.
- Able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and respirator medical evaluation with fit test.
Responsibilities
- Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
- Comply with health and safety rules.
- Operate equipment and materials properly.
- Meet or exceed production targets.
- Input timely hours.
