Position Overview

We are seeking proactive, ethical, and hardworking individuals for our Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman roles. The ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and other hard surface flooring systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Meet or exceed production targets
• Input hours timely

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring, or LVT/VCT installation preferred
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18+ years old
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Authorized to work in the US
• Obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
