Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Foreman & Laborers (Construction)

The successful candidate for our Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman roles will demonstrate initiative, professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a competitive drive.

Responsibilities:

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Meet or exceed production targets
• Input timely hours

Qualifications:

• Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring, or LVT/VCT installation preferred
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 or older
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
