QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman. Responsibilities include installing polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring, ensuring safety compliance, proper equipment use, and meeting production targets.

Competitive compensation ranges from $21 to $31 per hour, plus hourly bonus, health, life and 401(k) with company match, ESOP, paid vacation & holidays, and a company truck for foremen.

Qualifications

• Concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring experience required.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure strict health and safety compliance.
• Operate and maintain equipment and materials properly.
