Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring for Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman roles. We offer field certification for career advancement, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay ranges from $21-$31/hour depending on experience, plus an hourly bonus, health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, paid vacation & holidays, and a company truck/phone for foremen. Travel and shift flexibility required.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring.
• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
• Use equipment and materials properly.
• Meet or exceed production targets.
• Input hours in a timely manner.
