Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license & US citizen documents and a clean MVD report.
• Ability to complete online OSHA training within 30 days to receive a raise.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Physically able to work in Phoenix heat.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Arriving on time; day starts at 7 am.
• Prepping the trailer for the day’s jobs, loading, cleaning, restocking.
• Cleaning the trailer after jobs; unloading, tool inspection, clean‑up.
• Manage your and your team’s time during installation; communicate clearly with team and clients.
