Job summary

QuestMark in Wixom, MI is hiring for Epoxy & Concrete Flooring Crews and Foremen. This full-time role ranges from entry level to experienced, with a pay range of $21–$31 per hour plus bonuses. You will contribute to installing polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring.

Operate heavy prep/polishing equipment, work with a crew to hit daily targets, and keep safety as a priority on every job site. Travel flexibility is required; company benefits include ESOP and 401(k) matching.
