QuestMark is hiring for an epoxy and concrete flooring crew and foremen in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role offers pay from $21 to $31 per hour based on experience, plus hourly bonuses.

You'll install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and other hard surfaces, operate heavy prep and polishing equipment safely, and contribute to daily production goals while prioritizing

Qualifications

• Concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Must pass safety training and work standards.

Responsibilities

• Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring.
• Operate heavy‑duty prep and polishing equipment safely.
• Work with crew to meet daily production targets.
• Keep safety as the #1 priority on every job site.
