Job summary

Woodward is seeking an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Intern in Colorado to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and organizational change management while supporting large-scale initiatives across the company.

You will track schedules, prepare materials, organize documents, and assist with PMO reporting, with opportunities for potential full-time employment and exposure to aerospace and energy industries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a sophomore in an accredited College or University program and have an acceptable GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software expected.

Responsibilities

• Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and status updates.
• Prepare materials for meetings, take notes, and follow up on next steps.
• Organize project documentation, change requests, and key records.
• Assist with PMO reporting and updates.
• Support project governance and organizational change management activities.
