Job summary

EY is seeking a Consulting Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead client engagements, design and implement EPM solutions, and guide teams through complex finance transformations. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and analytics integration, with opportunities to advance within EY’s global practice.

The candidate should combine deep EPM knowledge with strong leadership, business development, and client management skills, while traveling as required to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM tools (e.g. Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong working knowledge and point of view on evolving AI capabilities in EPM tools.
• Proven track record of translating business challenges into value-add solutions and of solution/architecture design.
• Backgrounds in controllership, FP&A, systems admin for EPM, long-range planning, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions for clients.
• Oversee business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Ensure quality and risk management in technology solution delivery.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
• Assist in solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools and finance processes.
