Job summary

EY is seeking a Consulting Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to lead finance transformation projects for clients across industries. You will guide teams, define solution architecture, and drive value through EPM implementations and analytics.

The role emphasizes business development, stakeholder management, and coordinating complex programs with global clients. Travel and collaboration across advisory teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in: MDM, actual financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions: Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning/Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams, work with diverse clients to deliver finance solutions and oversee strategic accounts.
• Lead business development activities and ensure delivery quality and risk management.
• Define solution architecture translating business requirements into workable IT solutions.
