Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) within Consulting to lead projects across forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and consolidation, bridging business requirements and technical architecture. You’ll guide teams, shape solutions, and contribute to advisory services for global clients.

A strong background in EPM tools and finance processes is required. You will collaborate with diverse client teams, manage risks, and drive improvements with innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in complex consultative services in EPM like master data management, planning, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM tools (Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions for clients.
• Lead business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Oversee delivery of technology solutions with risk management and quality control.
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools.
