Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking an EPM Systems Administrator to manage Oracle EPBCS/FCCS environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance. You’ll design rules, automate workflows, and support global data loads in partnership with finance and IT teams.

Role requires 5+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud, strong FP&A knowledge, and hands-on scripting in Groovy and EPM Automate. Excellent Excel and collaboration skills are needed for monthly closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Oracle EPM Cloud administration experience (EPBCS required; FCCS preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial planning, consolidation processes, and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience developing business rules, data forms, workflows, and task lists.
• Experience with data integration, data management tools, and multi-source ERP environments.
• Proficiency in EPM Automate, Smart View, and scripting (batch/shell/calc).
• Experience with Groovy scripting.
• Strong knowledge of change control, testing, and deployment methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain EPM cubes (ASO/BSO), business rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain EPM Automate scripts and automation workflows for data and system processes.
• Support and monitor data loads, mappings, and validation across multiple ERP systems for global entities.
• Ensure data integrity by validating, reconciling, and troubleshooting consolidation and reporting discrepancies.
• Identify and implement improvements to planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Optimize system performance through tuning calculation scripts, health checks, and applying patches.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring timely system refreshes and consolidations.
• Maintain system documentation and enforce EPM governance, standards, and best practices.
• Support change management, including testing, validation, and deployment of system enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to finance and FP&A users on EPM tools and functionality.

Position Overview

The EPM Systems Administrator combines hands‑on administration with solution design and delivery across Hunter Douglas' Oracle EPM EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) applications. The role is responsible for maintaining system stability, security, and performance, while also identifying improvement opportunities, proposing scalable solutions, and driving their implementation in partnership with finance and IT teams. This position supports accurate and timely data for reporting and consolidation and may also contribute to FCCS (Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service), as needed.
