As an Enterprise Planning Consultant at Keyrus, your main responsibility will be to collaborate with other consultants to develop your skills in Anaplan, implementing and optimizing planning models and solutions. This role offers a collaborative environment for those passionate about solving complex business challenges and making an impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting technical leaders during requirements gathering and design phases, taking notes during client meetings, and developing relevant questions about client business details.
• Configuring and deploying Anaplan solutions that meet client needs within deadlines and budgets.
• Assisting with configuration of EPM software and system testing.
• Resolving technical issues through debugging and investigation, and supporting production issues as needed.
• Providing feedback on configuration reviews and implementing team and leadership feedback.
• Maintaining client focus, demonstrating ownership, and meeting deadlines.
• Understanding the business requirements behind client needs.
• Clarifying your role within the project and ensuring alignment with project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Supporting the development and delivery of end-user training programs.
• Delivering demonstrations to diverse audiences, from executives to end-users.
• Staying updated on Anaplan platform releases, features, and best practices, and maintaining relevant certifications.

• Building effective working relationships with team members and engaging appropriately with clients.
• Developing strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Providing ongoing client support, troubleshooting, and ensuring effective use of EPM systems.

Required Attributes:

• Background in business, finance, multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, BI, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Anaplan, including design, implementation, and optimization, with relevant certifications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project and client needs.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluency in English.

Desired Attributes:

• Interest in working with global teams and international clients.
• Experience with performance management solutions such as IBM TM1/PA, Oracle Hyperion, SAP SAC, Tagetik, etc.
• Experience in finance, sales, or operations functions.
• Knowledge of data integration tools like Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator.
• Knowledge of RDBMS like SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
