As an Enterprise Planning Consultant at Keyrus, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with other consultants to develop your skills and expertise in Anaplan, implementing and optimizing sophisticated planning models and solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Support technical leaders during requirements gathering and design phases, take notes during client interviews, and develop relevant questions to understand client business details.
• Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Contribute to the configuration of EPM software and assist with system testing.
• Resolve technical issues confidently through debugging, research, and investigation, and assist with production support as needed.
• Assist with configuration reviews, provide constructive feedback, and be receptive to feedback from the project team and leadership.
• Maintain client focus, demonstrate ownership of tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Understand the 'why' behind business requirements.
• Clarify your role on the project and team, and meet project priorities, scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Create and maintain documentation for EPM solutions, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs for end-users.
• Deliver demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users.
• Stay updated with Anaplan platform releases, features, industry best practices, and pursue or maintain certifications.
• Maintain effective working relationships with team members and engage appropriately with clients.
• Develop and demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective use of EPM systems.

Required Attributes :

• Background in business, financial, multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience with Anaplan, including model design, implementation, and optimization, with relevant certifications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.

Desired Attributes :

• Interest or willingness to work with global teams and clients worldwide on a project basis.
• Experience implementing Performance Management Solutions using technologies such as IBM TM1/PA, Oracle Hyperion, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, Pigment, or OneStream.
• Experience in finance, sales, or operations functions.
• Knowledge of data integration tools like Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL, PartiQL, or SAS.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
