Job summary

HDR is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join our EPM Cloud systems support team. You will focus on TRC and ESG applications with secondary work on FCC, ARC, and related modules, providing technical support and aligning system changes with business needs.

You will ensure data integrity, write business rules, and maintain EPM environments while collaborating with Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience authoring business requirements, functional specs and test scripts.
• Ability to work across functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for TRC and ESG modules; assist with FCC, ARC and other modules as needed.
• Translate business requirements into EPM technical solutions and maintain data mappings.
• Develop and maintain EPM reports and spreadsheets; support Smart View and data loads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align EPM capabilities with business objectives.
• Participate in CAB presentations and support weekend month-end close activities.
