Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality courses preferred.

• ServSafe, TiPS or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge them on arrival.
• Follow the hotel’s service sequence for consistent experiences.
• Process guest orders and handle payments per PCI procedures.
• Ring orders accurately in the Micros POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and upsell where appropriate.
• Know the menu thoroughly and communicate specials to guests.
• Check guest IDs to ensure legal drink service.
